have u got the rite cable 2 connect the eurovox 2 ur laptop.

have u been in the doonload section for the latest firmware

what type of eurovox do u have if its a max v thats fine but if its a older model then the colour of the cardboard box it came in will tell u what box it is ie a red box or blue box.

doonload the red file for the eurovox make sure ur cables r cnnected2 ur laptop the box & ur telly when u press on the file it will come up downloading on ur box wait 2 it finishing then uz ur remote 2 go 2 instal via the menu button, then try a powerscan if that doesnt work change ur symbol rates 2 top symbol rate 6.887 & bottom 1 is 6.952 & then do a powerscan. good luck m8y.
