eurovox max v 2008

ihave been trying to download from my pc to the eurobox and keep geting a download failed message when it getsto 85 percent why is this is it a fault the only thing showing on the screen is the time and also oooo im so fed up now i have tried all day and am using the recomended download of here can any one out there help................ please

Have you looked system info to see if it actually went on your box? press menu/config/system info the ok, read back what it says in there?

try firmware from a different site/person, firmware might have missing block of data, check protocol speed on rs232 is correct for machine

Check the grey cable is def a null modem rs232..
