recording problems

i have the eurovox ex500 pvr downloaded the latest firmware get all the channels when i record instantly or with epg the recording is not showing up in the pvr menu if i switch the box off then on again with the switch at the back of the box it then shows the recordings it will let me play some recordings but not others. also when i switch the box on it takes about 1 minuet to come on and sometimes the channel information is not showing, switch box off and on again at the back and the channel information comes on. could it be that i need a signal booster as i have about 40 meters of cable to the box the picture quality is fine with no lost channels. any help appreciated.

thanks, been through the user instructions and had hard drive in and out still the same problems

sorry m8 i dunno what else to suggest other than if its faulty try to send it back

was the hard drive installed or did you install it yourself

hard drive was already installed wd

sounds like a hard drive fault id try to take it back if it was installed by someone else its their problem to sort out
