Any help regarding why it freezes during programs and why i cant get the programme heading when i look through to c whats on???? does the box need updating???

have you tried factory reseting the box m8 then rescanning

Think this may be a general fault with the 1100 USB..

I have a friend who has had the freezing issue also.

check your cable feed for tight bends and kinks also try to reduce the amount of splitters in the system and check the f connecters it the cable ends are made properly.

yeh its a general fault with the ex1100 i had 1 4 the past year, make sure u got the latest update (its in the DLs) but in the past week my EPG has messed up, (big gaps:-( ) and the freezes here and there and sound is can be abit crap, saying that my mates got a legit virgin box and still has freezes!! vemins pissin around with the settings dayly so just bear with it!!! the box has always had problems but hey!!!! its free!!
