Guys ivbe had this working fine but have just moved from Ipswich to west london so need to know how to change over im not being lazy i have read through most posts any ideas? would be great if you could help

Hi m8, all you would need to do is do a clear data/factory reset and scan using the correct symrol rate for the new provider. The firmware would remain the same as before.(if you already have the latest installed)
If West London area has moved to nag3, then you will not get any channels.
