my mate has a eurovox v its saying no signal he has a vergin box works no problem the internet of virgin work no problem took off the splitter fed direct to the box still no signal tried the box next door working ok brought it to my house just round the corner works ok no problems this area is not on nag 3 yet so its not that .has anyone any idea what the problem could be.

check the cable and all connections , try another box on the same feed

thanks chic done that the other box didnt work either so i dont think its the boxes why is there a signal for vimins box and no signal for eurovox any ideas

if the other box didnt work then it must be the connection or there may be a break in the cable swap the cable from the virmin box

are you using another box at the same time if so switch it off i get this problem when my grankids are watching the tv in the back room

i had that problem alot when moving my eurosl1000 around i had to delite all my settings manually enter the transponderfrequency again and scan for channels i think it looses somthing in the settings even though they still show as being set. hope that helps you

the strange thing is it works at the house next door to him and it works at my house so the problem must be at his house we just cant find out what it is.
