missing channels

hi i have been missing certain channels the last few days until i read a post yesterday saying do a factory reset and a powerscan well hey presto the channels are working again but i seem to be missing a few channels such as bbc3 bbb4 etc any ideas how to get these back

Those two channels do not start broadcast until after 7PM.

should'nt those channels be listed after doing a power scan or would it be best to wait when those channels are broadcasting and then scan again.

Check CBBC & Cbeebies after 7 as they share the same channel space.
