Hi, I am new to this just trying to get latest firmware for my ex5100 it had been flashed but has now lost most channels,I have been reading threads as an outsider and there is a lot of really good info being posted,any help would be greatly appreciated,cheers.

Hi m8, if the box is already been flashed, then there is no new firmware.
Go into menu>config>system info>ok and tell us what it says there, so we can see if its the latest firmware already installed.
What area/town are you in? as you may be loosing channels due to nag3.SLOWLY, OUR FREEDOM IS BEING ERASED.
SOON, WE WILL JUST BE A NUMBER.
IF WE DON'T FOLLOW, WE WILL BE ERASED.
