Hi my remote control is not working i have tryed new batteries but still nothing works. at the front of my box the lock light is on can anyone help thank you.

Most likely cause is the kids if you have any then the wife then the dog. jokes aside my remote was dropped on the hard floor but a couple of buttons still work you can buy new ones off eBay or if you have the email Addy of where you got yours send them an email also did you put a code in to lock your box if not try 4 zeros, sorry if not helpful was your box still working okay before as all have Nag4 from virgin updating there cards?
