eurovox ex1000 problem

Hi can anyone help,iv just got a eurovox ex1000 and when i do a quick scan it says no transponder to scan which means no channels?NEED HELP ASAP CHEERS

set you symbol rate to 6.887 or if if doesnt work try 6.952

try to find the correct frequency of your area and then scan. it should work
