Hi all first posting and looking for help to re-gain all lost channels I'm a technophobe so please be gentle with any answers.

and do you know what firmware is on your box -

is there any way of checking which filmware is loaded onto the cable box?Comment

Although Walsall is not on the list all around the West Midlands are being issued with new cards
so I suspect that you are now in a nagra 3 area which means the end of these boxes and there is no fix
do you know if new VM cards have been issued in your area.Comment

Yes new cards were issued last week, if the box is now redundant is there any other way of receiving the channels I had before or is there no fix?Comment

for the majority of boxes which includes yours there is no fix so they are pretty much useless now.
the only other way is to get one of the boxes that use the card sharing system, CS cannot be discussed as its against forum rules (google is your friend)Comment
