Missing BBC3 & 4

After a recent powerscan, I seem to be missing BBC3 & BBC4. Everything else I had before is still there. I've tried several power scans and deep scans since, but still no joy with either of these two channels.

Anyone experienced this? Is there an easy solution that I've missed?

Alternatively, if anyone has the channel frequencies, I'll try manually. The symbol rate for my area is 6.952, in the Merseyside area.

BBC 4 freq 563.00 currently showing cbeebies until 19.00 then snowdrift at bleath gill
