can anyone help,im trying to get my friends eurovox ex 1100 usb up and running,i have putflash on through usb,i have done a deep scan,but it keeps coming up with n o channels,are in merseyside so no nagra 3 yet,i am on v....n m...a.thanks

Hi m8 are you using the correct symbol rate 6887 or 6952

yes using 6952,it scans 100% then just comes up no channels.

I take it you have the cable feed going into the rf in socket and your cable feed is still live
did you scan the full range ie from 100.00mhz to 870.00
