Need to pair new remote with EX7000HD

Hi all,

I bought a 2nd hand EX7000 and came without the remote. I bought one new off the bay but came with no instructions and I can't find on here how to pair it with the box. This is the link to the remote:

Anyone know how I should do it?

I brought this one aswell last week, you dont need to pair it just use it mate it will be fine.
