Please help!!

Hi,

I have read all the forums and stickys and I still can't get my box to work!!!
I have the keymaster app as well. I live in the portsmouth area and am ex NTL sp have been using the pure codes. I got it to work for about five seconds yesterday using 5F01, and then when I went back into the codes to check what I had done, the picture had gone again!!!

Can anyone suggest anything else I could do.

i've just got it working by playing around with the codes!! It seems the pompy area is bith NTL and C&W!
