got keymaster at long last thanks to everyone who replied one more question i'm in enfield on v.m. only codes on k/master are c.w. and t.w. can i use any of these codes?

yes it does (until yesterday) use the pure keys. I used this for 27th & 28th (VM changed keys every day), but unfortunately today the prog doesnt work correctly - it misses the first number - you can tell as it even misses the first digit of the date also :-( im just going to see if the keymaster proggie has been updated

soz just an update, looks like they fixed it at the other end as it shows them properly now - just read some other threads reporting the same problem

Yeah , the keys were a bit fu***d and i panicked a bit , now look ok . I have Eurovox max v ( blue ) and was manually updating keys . I now seriously think i need to move up a notch in the box stakes and aquire a much cleverer box that is " future proof " anyone got any advice please .

Do I need to hook box to PC or can I do it on the remote
New on this as have only had box for 2 months

No box is future proof big guy not even the newest EX1000SL you still have to enter the codes manually,this will be the case until the guys release new firmware but this could be a while due to a few problems i heard the guys are having. Hang in there and save your money unless you go for a different make of box there has been a fix for the dreambox i think I am sure someone will correct me if i am wrong.
