how do i get keymaster

been trying all morning to get keymaster to work
have downloaded winrar and net framework, but when i try to load keymaster get message, unable to access web page,
keymaster then comes up but with key boxes empty.
any help much appreciated

Its more than likely your firewall stopping it, did it ask for permision as soon as you started it 1st time, if not then it probably blocked it.

I got this error a few days ago, I tried again later the same day and it connected.
