Codes Being updated?

Hi all, i flashed my box yesterday and it worked fine up until this morning when once again message appears: "Please wait, codes being updated". Is this a common problem amongst the ex5000pvr units? i thought they were to autoroll after the new firmware update?

Can anyone help?
