Hi guys,

can anyone help, posted yesterday but still having probs.
I`m trying to update EX5000 with usb cables. i`ve got my port set on 4 (have also tried 1) get to the download button, i get version detected, ask for system reset - which i do, then when i press start, the download bar says sending but nothing happens. My box is flashing Dnld. Anyone got any advice.

it does the sysem reset itself if box is flashing dnld it is doing something you have to wait till the screen says download successful

Hi,
thanks for your response, have tried leaving it to reset, but the percentage bar for sending does not move off 0%, have left it like that for a few minutes but nothing happens. I have had writing come up aswell, but this only takes about 5 secs.
