Digivox not connecting to lappy/pc

hi,

i've flash 4 digivox boxes today with new firmware....with no probs..

but 2 other box's will not connect to my laptop & pc.
everything is connected right,

when i run the d/l10 proggy....it shows no progress bar...then just pops up a message saying flash failed.

any ideas lads..r the 2 box's ~~~~ed?
