With the KV780 being so unreliable I've bit the bullet and gone the whole hog and got the 1TB Tivo box and full HD movies and sport (?100 p/m). It was installed today and at first all seemed ok, but as soon as the virgin guy left everything just froze menus etc. So I rebooted it a couple of times and still no joy, so I phoned them up and another guy came outabout an hour later and checked it over and all seemed ok, but when he left an hour later it froze again. But tonight again the menus just all froze. The biggest problem on top of this is the fact that the remote control unit only works if your about 1 foot away from the box and in a direct line. I've phoned them up again tonight and I've got another guy coming out on Friday. Anyone out there with similar problems, let me know as I'm not an happy bunny at the mo.
