I have a problem with the parental control feature on the Motorola DCT 700/MX2 cable box, where when I set up the code to lock the channels it is circumvented by simply turning on the box for about 5-10 minutes and it comes on unlocked by itself not requiring any code whatsoever!!
I would like to know if there is a fix for this or is this a manufacturer's defect with that particular box?
