flash failed to update

I am trying to flash a digivox xl with 1341 but I keep getting "flash failed to update"

Looking at system info it says:

Digivox XL
s/w V13-3.2000MP
boot vers 01
date 02 feb 09

Not seen this before so can anyone put me right please.
