You will either need to do a Factory reset then a power scan or you can add these frequencies manually

I did the factory reset and then power scan. The thing appears wiped. When I then do an auto scan it says "no transponder". Any ideas??

who is your provider and what freq are you scanning

Vrgn, in Glasgow, haven't put in any frequency, just followed previous guidance and did a factory reset...
