hi peeps need advice since i got vm installed on the 18 jan 2010 we have had 8 tv faults ranging from tv off for 2 hours to half a day to just recant all day and night not to mentoin internet going the same way, thing is we phoned when it first satrted to happen and they said they would sedn eng round to fix no onr arrived second time same no one arrived they kept sayin prob has been fixed harware fault third time same no arrived hard ware fault, fourth time i cancelled coz tv came back on fith time no one called hard ware fault sixth time all day all night no tv no internet again hard ware fault, i know all this will be loged down on there side so going to phone tommorow to see wot i can get out of them, is there anything i should be saying to them to get some fair comp, sorry guys for the long post, iam so pissed....
