Has there is no modem section thought i'd ask in here
Has anyone else notice there ping / latency getting high in the last week or loosing packets with virgin broadband ?
my pings to bbc.com used to be between 10ms - 15ms and now it's around 250ms - 290ms (night) and 400ms - 600ms (evening)
but in the day its around 30ms - 50ms with all this lag in latency/ping time im getting booted from online gaming xbox360 and cs servers.
i've rang virgin and spoke to there support with everything is fine their end responce i've also google it and noticed alot of simliar post recently about virgins bad service with there broadband speeds and latency times issues.
if i cant get it sorted through virgin hoping on you guys n girls here for help please .
