ok here we go.
the other week i lost all channels on my eurovox 7000hd, rescanned and back they came, no problem, but noticed since that day tv keeps freezing and skipping, my broadband keeps dropping its conection and my phone keeps playing up.
as i was looking at switching to sky/virgin for a full tv package did not worry to much about it, after talking to a couple of people i know they are having the same problems and they are in a nag3 area. so did the big switch this week and got a new V+ box sent to me and i set it up last night, low and behold i now have a V+ box doing the same as my 7000hd box , if you ring there help line the say on there and i quote " some people might be experincing freezing and loss of service our enginners are looking in to this "
so i rang my friend and he informed me that, that message has been on there for ages .???
could this be a NAG3 problem showing up .
AlSO i have a nice new V+ box sent by post to me and this came with all needed to set it up but no NEW CARD, i still have the old white one , i thought new cards were being sent out with all new boxes ??? .
any one else got this sort of problem ???
