what a bloody cheek. had new v+hd box for 2 weeks now remote does not work if i press certain numbers. phoned vermin they told me that they would charge me 20 pounds for a new one. i told them im not paying a penny for one as it was faulty they still told me would be 20quid for a new one . i threatened to leave them "again" as it seems the only way to get a service these days . they then agreed to send me a free replacement. bloody cheek as you can buy them new and genuine for 6.94 off fleabay. seems they are all on commission these days on the "service" team
