hi everyone ive been with vm for 6 years now,but since the big change over to nag 3 just had bother with it ,got 2 boxes, it started when i got 5 vm cards sent out ,for nag 3 ,had 6 vm guys out to fix problems over 2 months.then i went to 50 meg that put me on a new 12 month contract,then on sunday 26th sept vm went down from 130pm tv and phone lines ,came back on around 7 30pm just for an hour , then gone off again. i phoned vm up later ,they said it was a huge fault in the area. told them i was not happy , and told them to get rid of the lot,cus i was thinking of going to sky they said if i got rid of it this now it was going to be 180 pounds out of pocket ,cus im under a new contract with them. so im stuck with vm for about 8 months...
