    itgate TGM220 Sound Loss.

    Hi everybody,
I,m totally new to this and was wondering if anyone can help me regarding my itgate box. I get sound loss after about 5 Min's on a few channels. If I switch away and back to these channels I lose sound again after a few Min's.
I also have a D-Box with no probs. As I'M a tech-no. illiterate I would find it very difficult to re-flash my box. So any help would be welcome if you have the patients.

Try a factory reset, this might sort it out for ye.
Don't forget to back up your channel bouquets.

    Cheers,
