i got kv a780 yesterday installed the latest software but when i scan am only getting 11 transponders which isnt alot of channels when i was on eurovox it was around 30 transponders . i have the proper cable feed going to the box and my signal streth is in the late 80 s any help would be much appreciated cheers mick

are your sure you are scanning properly?

1. do a factory reset (must e done before every scan)
2. select your provider (for me its telepest)
3. select "network" channels on channel type (bottom option on screen)
4. start scan (press green button)
5. a list of network id's should now appear. choose one close to your location.
6. the box should now scan and automatically sort your channels.
