help with spiderbox9000hd

recently bought a spiderbox 9000hd and it keeps freezing and coming up scrambled channel. my internet is provided by talktalk. does this matter. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks????

I too am having mega freezing problems on talk talk as provider , tried 3 diff clines, 3 different boxes all same result??...hhheeellllpppp!!

I had same problem bought belkin modem but make sure it's compatable to spiderbox it still freezes but not a much
