Hi there,

i have the Openmedia box, working great for cable - except the setanta channels have gone of late.

Anyways, we got a dish installed today and have it pointing to the Astra2 sat if im correct?

Its for the freesat on the new tv downstairs - working perfect there.

I have a connection going into my openmedia box upstairs, am running dkv1.1 and have managed to set it up and do a scan,

over 1000 services found, all the freeviews work, im happy to have itv 1 2 3 and 4 now

but what id like to know, is there a way to unlock any more channels on these machines with keys or what nots on the sat side?

Only way to unlock more channels on the open media is by attaching a motorised dish and then you can open more channels using emu and keys on 1W but you cant open any more uk channels on astra with out a valid card or cs.
