Channel List issue

I am new to this and wanted to get some help and advice.

I have a box and needed the new SS5 (new sports channel), i got the file from AJ lists and installed this but when you go to it it shows blank screen but you can hear Audio and it seems to be the SS News Channel instead.

Any help on the correct file please or what is going wrong. Everything else works fine but need this for the Euro Games coming up.
