More newbie help please

Hi,

I have done a search but still cannot find how to delete some of the scanned channels.

I have the DK 1.1 image on the box (c) .

Also the SNR on my box is close to 90 % but the AGC less than 40. Does this matter and is there any way to boost the AGC ?

You have to think of the Open media box as the dm500c and check through te cable section for anything that may apply. If you bring up the bouquet and than press menu you should get an option to delete the channel but to stop this channel re-appearing again you will need to delete from the 'all services' bouquets and disable backround scanning.

On remote press OK button then menu, you can do your channel editing in there
