not picking up all channels

Hi, I have an issue with open media box, I have dk1.1 on it and when i scan it only picks up about 68 services of which most are hd and few other channels, I think it gets to 67 or 68 services then does no more from about 275mhz. My area has not switched yet and eurovox works fine. Any ideas?

Go to auto-scan, scroll thru area listings & select your area.
Some areas have 2 listings; e.g. W. Yorks.TW & W.Yorks.NTL
If this doesn,t work, select Bruteforce UK & then scan.
If your still in trouble you may have weak signal, If so check all
cables & remove any splitters while scanning

i tried selecting the area, ill try your steps again. I have a feeling signal has been turned down.

Flick thru channels & hit info button on each channel.
Values should read; 95+ 35+ 0
SNR value less than 88 will fail to find all channels during scan.
You could scan your box in nearby house with better signal.
Best option is to rectify low signal at your house
