starview 4 losing picture and sound

problem is on the starview4 box the sound randomly goes or the picture goes blank but you can still hear the sound ive seen this problem brought up quite a few times but there seems to be no permanent solution other than switching the box on and off is there any way to get rid of this its quite annoying to keep having to reset. is there anyone who have this problem manage to fix it. ive tried with all the firmwares but still same problem.
