u need to post a few details of what you have done to it,
Have you upgraded the software and has your expiry date passed in your menu settings, also what is your box saying ( not Connected?)

new software on date ran out 15 june not conneted it cost me ?150 never been on that much bought it from a reliable dealer last year, could you help me please

U need to pay either ?25 for 6 months or ?45 12 Months.
go to downloads on main page- then starview then inside first post on the RED line you can download the software to submit a request to pay, put in all you details in the software and send, nothing seems to happen but it does get sent then wait for an email of how to pay. U will have to open the file first with Winrar or something like that

Ok thanks for help i am not so bright on them winrar files, when i look back i bought the sv 6 4 ?150 what a fool i was somebody made a ~~~~ing fool out of me, thats him laughing at me now

everyone will be paying the same if they want to carry on with staview boxes,
Im fortunate has ive had mine nearly a year but goes off in july, I recommend Paying the 6 months to see how well it works out, send me a Private Message with your Email and i will send you the file opened, dont post email on here,
