box not registered????

i have a lot of new starview 7s. i updated them to SMGO221.ups and after installing 1819 it comes up in a blue box saying its not registered? whats going on here? my other lot work fine.

you need to pay a sub. ?25 for 6 months, ?45 for 12. plenty of info on here about it

You need to pay for STB..... ?25 for 6 months or ?45 for 12 months..... The problem is they have not been registered before the STB fee was enforced thats why there not working... So its just a case of spending more money to get the connected
