hi have a digivox xl, i have updated with the new software, followed the instructuctions, as far as the emu key. it says to hit the default, no default key to hit, it says to do a factory reset, i don't know how to do that, i woul be grateful on a step by step help, i have looked on the threads, and there are different ways. the box just keeps wanting to update. merry xmas
