HELP PLEASE !!!!! starview 7 box new with no software how do i get it working

Hi all ive got a starview 7 box and its never had any software installed , first has anyone got any downloads to get it working and is it right i need a usb stick to put the firmware on then flash the box cheers

and if you flash the box you may be left with a paper weight.there is more starview than flashing it.
