Firstly, thanks for a great forum, I couldn't have got this far without you!
I have searched the forum but cannot seem to see this particular issue.
I have updated the firmware on my SV5 and all the channels are open. (Virmin)
The picture quality leaves a lot to be desired. When the unit was new - out of the box, the picture seemed fine. Since updating the firmware there seems to be more pixellation. This is more noticeable when a straight line is shown, the line becomes jagged and made up of many square 'steps'.
Does it need to go back? Will they take it back with iffy firmware? How can I put the firmware 'back' to the original?
