Hi all, sorry if this is a repeated message - but I cannot find the relevant help..
I downloaded the files & instructions last year from this website and it worked great...
Now, on the channels is a message saying - "ring this number to subscribe to channels and no questions will be asked".
I understand from a source that in order to set the box up again to receive all channels - we need to uninstall & install again...
I can see the download for the firmware on this website, but not for the logo file - also, cannot see the word doc type instructions anywhere.. so I do not know what I am doing!
Can anyone help?
