7zip should be fine m8 just let it load into windows media player it took me a few seconds for it to load...

Can you not right click on the file, and either select "Extract Here" [Providing you have WinRAR already installed] OR 7 Zip > Extract here [Providing you have WinRAR already installed].

Delete your Temp Internet files mate before you download it again otherwise you'll end up with the same corrupt file.
