I got talking to the young scouse girl that delivers my morning paper.
"So how much do paper girls earn these days?" I asked.
"I get ?22 a week." She replied.
"Oh that's a nice little amount for a young girl your age then?"
"No, not really." She replied, "It doesn't even feed my two youngest kids."
