A man was at the Glasgow branch of the Royal bank of Scotland today, there was a short line. There was just one lady in front of him, a Asian lady who was trying to exchange yen for dollars. and It was obvious she was a little irritated She asked the teller, "Why it change? Yesterday, I get two hundred dolla for my yen. Today I only get hundred eighty? Why it change?" The teller shrugged her shoulders and said, "Fluctuations." The Asian lady then said, "Fluc you Bank of Scotland people too"
