i used to give them money and not take the mag etc but since i had homeless above me i realised they are homeless for a reason and its not a good reason. made my life a misery for years. he eventually flooded my house out and i was in a mess for 6 months while he got rehoused in a nice furnished council flat!! he lived in same kinda maisonette as me rent and council tax free while it cost me around 25% of my wages for both - oops im ranting
must try that one next time they shove their big issue in front of me
