    Iron Security Gate On Front Door ?????

    I live in an upstairs flat and like leaving the front door wide open in the summer Id love one of those wrought Iron Gates so I could not worry about sneaky folk taking my keys are mounting bike of the stairs.

    Im in the Newcastle area any Ideas are contacts that could do a quick job for is :@)

        Just nip round to your local blacksmith (yellow pages if you don't know) with your door opening size and he'll knock one up for you.

          yeh but surely you also need a iron frame to fit the opening concrete space then the gate to be hinged to the inside of the frame.

          I think your right though I think Im best off popping down the local iron mongers and seeing if they can under cut the security companys.

          will have a pop down tomorrow at dinner time

            Don't think you need a frame m8 blacksmith will weld the hinges on to the gate then you fix it to the wall,but not too sure of your setup so just guessing..
