Help Needed From Any Scottish Member

In the episode of Balamory that my daughter has just watched, I have witnessed a crime as well as the expected, general ~~~~wittery.

PC Plum is shopping for biscuit ingredients. The mad old woman in the shop places in a box a bag of self-raising flour (for biscuits? you mad twat!) and a packet of currants and hands the box to PC Plum. He appears to hand over a ?10 note but is is given no change. Local shops in the middle of nowhere often use their remoteness to exploit their customers and smack them up for more cash so this is not the crime to which I refer.
At the nursery, PC Plum hands the box of ingredients to the teacher who looks a bit dirty. In the box, some extra ingredients have magically appeared. My guess is that PC Plum shoplifted the extras. I witnessed the whole transaction take place and know for a fact that he did not purchase them.
Normally, I would find this to be acceptable. The extortionate prices make it a matter of principal. I would do the same myself and encourage the same of others.
But PC Plum is an officer of the law and this sort of behaviour cannot be tolerated from a police officer. Especially if said officer is the sole law provider on the island.

The help I require is the contact details of this mans superiors.
This incident must be fully investigated and this man should be sacked.
I would also insist on an investigation into the man known as Archie the 'Inventor' and, especially, the nature of his friendship with PC Plum.

it sounds to me that you have accidently rumbled an undercover operation.

due to the nationwide crime spree of someone breaking into houses and p1ssing on biscuits, the biscuit trade has been driven underground.

what you have just witnessed is pc plum trying to obtain ingrediants in order to bake a batch of biscuits which where to be used in an undercover sting, similar to the ones where cars are set up as bait to catch a twocker.

          mick.

As he clearly doesn't have a beard and wear a nappyl on his head surely no crime took place.
