Help and info on E-Cigarette / e-cigs

Can anyone recommend a decent tobacco flavour? Best one I've found So far is ell toro cigarillo it's nice but its only 18mg n I think I need 24 or maybe 32 as I'm a heavy smoker and I'm still craving a good old fashioned rollie

From my findings, there is no decent tobacco flavour, hence why peeps go for alternatives.

TBH, Apple is the best so far, give them time, if you get used to the e-cigs for a few days, then try a real cig, it tastes crap!

I have been off the cigs for about year using niQutin 2mg gum,you can get them in home bargins shop for ?1.49 for 12 I think,down too about two when having a few beers.

Been thinking for a while to try these ecigs, I didn't want to buy online without trying them first. Found a man in town selling VIP electronic cigarettes, brought the starter kit for ?29.99, opened them up put them together and walked back to my car smoking one, I left it in my mouth hands free and its heavy and dropped out my mouth fell onto my jacket, next thing I realised quick catch it before it burns and was throwing it up and down not to burn my hands then realised it wasnt a real cig 3 days later I've only had 6 real cigs, best thing I have ever had trying to quit, beats the patches gum tablets I've tried before, no stress nothing.
Only reason I've smoked the real cigs is because I had them left over, might throw them tomorrow.

It does make me wonder whats in these to make you not crave for a real one.

it has nicotine in them thats the only thing your body wants and its harmless ,, its all the other shit in fags that kills u ,.. 18 months on them and the wife 12 months

Manx I smoked 30 plus everyday, menthol for about 5 years, I got the menthol flavour and I was coughing the first day trying them, no cough nothing now, I thought nothing would ever help me to quit, worth ago for anyone.
